Yup, I'm here again in this computer building in ADMU (I still haven't figured out its name--pardon my indifference). My classes start at 12, so here I am, waiting for time to pass by. I came to school at around 6:30 am in order to reserve mine and Denis' lockers, submit my reply slip to the Office of the VP, buy my Taekwondo uniform, and buy my Math book. Upon being bored for the nth time during the morning, I headed to the Caf where I met Jelai. We hung around the caf together with Jacky Ang until their class started. With that, I proceeded to the SEC area, hung around with Guido and Ruth, got my ID, hung around with the "Zoology" people (Denis, Guido, KatCo, KatDiaz, Gen, Tommy, Nats, etc.), went to the DSWS to inquire on our locker forms, bought my taekwondo uniform, and well, I'm now in here typing this very entry. I'm posting some of our other OrSem pics. I'll be posting more pics once Charles has uploaded the pics he took during the three-day event. For now, I'm posting pics from Bea:  Denis, Bet and Bea. I'm sitting at the extension of the Rizal Library at ADMU, writing this very blog entry. I had an early dismissal today, so I was glad that I had the whole afternoon to basically "tambay" with the rest of my block R3 friends--Denis, Charles, Ian, and Re-An. Unfortunately for me, I forgot to bring my "ID"--a piece of paper which stated that I already paid for our enrollment (our regular IDs were to be distirbuted tomorrow--I think). The library had this strict "No ID no entry" rule, which meant that I couldn't enter unless I had some papers to prove that I'm enrolled. The guys had their confirmation papers with them, so they managed to get inside the library. Charles and Ian went ahead, while Denis, Re-an and I stayed behind for awhile. Re-an and I didn't have ours so Denis offered to lend us his confirmation papers. In short, he was offering us to pass off as him when we entered the library. Von came out of the building, so Re-An tried to borrow his papers. The plan was for Denis to enter the building, show his confirmation papers to the guard, and then later on, we, the girls would follow. We waited a few minutes until Denis was inside the library. With his other confirmation paper in my hand, I went inside the library to see whether I could enter passing off as someone else. I admit, I make a bad liar. The guard looked at "my" papers, and looked up at me. "What's you're name?". I answered, "Denis". The guard didn't believe me at all. He said, "yung totoo". I told him my name. I probably didn't look like a Denis. lol :D Afterwards, the guard told me to proceed to the ADSA area to get this certificate of payment so that I can enter the library. Of all the rotten luck, the office was closed until 1pm for their lunchbreak. I was stuck outside the library for about an hour. Lucky for me, my fellow blockies (MM and the rest) didn't have classes yet at that time so they accompanied me in the caf. Nats and Guido styed with me until 1pm, and then I left for the ADSA. When 1pm struck, I headed towards the ADSA. surprisingly, some students waiting in line were named "denise". How ironic. I was getting my certificate of payment because I was passing myself off as Denis, and here I was standing in line with a bunch of "denises". Life definitely has the last laugh. One day to go 'til I attend my first day of classes at ADMU. I was bored so I took some of the most popular quizzes in quizilla. Labo noh? I haven't written down the "happenings" after OrSem. I decided that I would do just that in this entry. BTW, the pictures I'll be putting up in here are courtesy of Ingga. Thank You Ingga!!! Luv Yah!!! haha :D Before I begin my entry, I'd llike to share with you guys our OrSem night pics (thanks Ingga!)       Let's start off with Registration Day. June 10, 2005 Yeah, today was the first time I registered all by myself. I went to ADMU at around 6am, checked the available PE scheds, and familiarized myself with the ADMU Campus. I was walking around ADMU when I bumped into Joy. It had been a really long time since I've spoken to her, so we bonded and chatted for hours until I went home. I was supposed to choose Zoology as my Nat.Sci., but then duirng that morning, my blockie told me that ES was the easiest Nat.Sci. course, so I took ES. Among my PE choices, I had Taekwondo, Yoga, Track, and Arnis. I took Taekwondo. The next day, I foudn out that Denis, Kat, and the rest got Zoology. Badtrip talaga. I shouldn't have changed my Nat.Sci. course. I didn't know they would choose Zoology since the day before, I could've sworn they said they were taking up Physics and Botany. Badtrip!!!! Grr....Oh, well. It's not that bad I guess...badtrip lang... June 11, 2005 We had our guidance test in the CTC. Afterwards, my block (Block R3) and our TNT ("shoti" Bobby..haha) did some bonding over lunch at World Topps. We had fun in there. However, not everyone was able to go. Hopefully, in our next block bonding session, we'll be complete. :D After our block bonding session, Denis, MM, and I went to Kenny Rogers to hang out with the rest of the "Yellow-Cabbies". :D We didn't eat lunch (again) in there. I could say that we were really full after our lunch at World Topps, although I can't figure out whether Denis was full or not. Anyway, we were at Kenny's to hang out with the rest of our "Yellow-Cab" friends. We didn't eat, although Denis and I ordered some bottomless iced teas. After that, we took some pics and headed home (well, except for most of the guys--they were busy playing dota. haha). I certainly enjoyed bonding with these guys! *edit* What can I say about OrSem? Well, for starters, I'm glad that it's over--not because it was boring (it wasn't totally boring--honest!). It's because my feet are tired from all the walking. I'm glad it's over because now I can just bond with my blockies from the best block in the world (I HEART r3!) without the hassle of running around the campus with people shouting "MOOOOOBBBBB!!!:. :P The OrSempics aren't ready yet, so I'm just gonna rant about the "happenings" during the tiring but fun three-day event. DAY ONE It was a bright and sunny morning when I met up with Denis, Bet, Ren, Mark, Steph, Kram, Nix, Bea, and Ingga at the Gesu. We hung around there for quite sometime before we left for the registration in the covered courts. After registration, I went looking for my block. I was greeted by 2 TNTs (they're really cool--da BEST!). I didn't really know all my blockies personally. I knew that there were 5 ICAns in my block, so I was a bit surprised to see JaQ in my block. It turns out that she was the 6th ICAn, an addition to our 27 students in the block. Cool. People would refer to our block as "that ICA Block" because of our number. Aside from the 5 other ICAns, I also knew Denis and MM beforehand, so I was glad to know that I wouldn't be alone. Both of them are really fun and nice friends to hang out with. As Denis would put it, "Hope matagal pa ang pagsasamahan natin." I sure hope that as the days go by, our friendship with one another would grow stronger. That's a promise, ayt guys? :P Marami pa tayong mga gimmick na kailangang itupad. haha :D Basta, if you guys need anything, alam naman ninyo na nandito lang ako (as cliche as it sounds). That's the truth. :D I also got to meet my other blockies whom I knew from YM, but didn't really get to chat with them to get to know them better. These were Nigui, Charles, Maika, Nats, and Sophie. Of course, there were also those whom I haven't spoken to EVER. As the first day progressed, I got to know my blockies on a personal level. I got to chat with them, I got to know what kind of personalities they had. Our TNTs arranged a Campus Tour for all of us. We went running from one place to another. It was a really hectic and tiring day for us all. At the end of the day, we had our block pic taken. Surprisingly, our picture was displayed/shown in SOM night during day 2. This was day one. The fun starts at day two. DAY TWO This was probably the most fun OrSem day I've had. We had a lot of block bonding during the GDs (I think Charles enjoyed it the most--yung friendship chain thingie..haha jk!) and while waiting for SOM night. Grabe, if you could only see our block during pre-SOm night. We were really noisy, but happy...weird, but fun. I could definitely say that my block has a lot of camera whores--which is fun, btw. :D (Paupload naman ng pics sa multiply o! haha) Later that night, we had our SOM night, a night of orientation about the School of Management. I don't really remember the exact details of Day Two. All I know is that I had fun. It was certainly a day of bonding for Block R3 :D Congrats nga pala to Ryan for doing the robot banana dance in front of the whole ComTech freshie batch (you DA man!) and to Denis for singing a duet with one of the TNTs kahit masakit lalamunan mo and no one wanted to believe you. You'll always be my OrSem Idol! Naks! haha ;) DAY THREE I met my English block on Day Three. In fairness, I missed R3. My Engblock was nothing compared to my course block. You guys (R3) will always have a special place in my heart. Naks! Getting senti in here..haha My blockies really prove that the world is definitely one small place. I mean, Nikki (my Engblock) is Denis' (my blockie) fellow choir (?) member. Ivory (my Engblockie) is Charles' (my blockie) schoolmate. Nikki, Ruth, and Tin are my schoolmates and my Engblockies. It's a small world after all. haha Anyway, during OrSem night, I had a bonding session with my "Gesu" friends and blockmates. Denis and Gen bought the pizzas--nalilibre si Martee! Whooppeeee!! But of course we had to chip in for the excess pizzas..kakahiya kasi kay Martee eh..haha :D So we bonded over pizza and music underneath the pale covered court ceilings. haha :D I personally didn't like the music--it was too loud and I thought I was becoming deaf. Anyway, Spongecola, K]wan and Francis M performed that night. I was really tired after the three-day event, but the friendships I've made with the people around me worth definitely worth the fatigue I've experienced. I just had a YM-conversation with Bea earlier. We're supposedly having this pre-OrSem bonding at gateway, organized by Bea, Mark and Ren. Details as follows: Who: Everyone in the OrSem bonding list (yes, that means Bea, Mark, Ren, Angela, Denis, MM, Ingga, Bet, Kram, Gelo, Sophie, Steph, Martee, Charles, and Nix. What: Pre-OrSem bonding at Gateway When: Call-time is at 10am at the Church of the Gesu, afterwards Gateway na tayo (though I have no idea how we're gonna get there...) Where: Gateway Why: Wala lang...bonding lang...just a day before OrSem... Damn. I wish I could go, but I don't think my parents would approve of me going (besides, la ako pera haha:D). Yes, I am bored. I've been keeping myself busy by watching movies. Just yesterday I watched this cute Korean romantic comedy, "Spy Girl". I kinda get addicted to those type of films. I dunno..it's just fun to watch while waiting for time to pass by (Wishing for OrSem day to come....*whistle whistle*).
