..she's already taken meeeeee.... Crap. Charles sang the song again this afternoon, and it's now stuck in MY head--AGAIN. To think I thought that I had finally gotten the song out of my head. haha *~* Recap of today's happenings after my previous blog entry: 1. Rode on Jon's car (again) together with MM, Charles, Sophie, and Nigui. Jon offered to bring us to Bellarmine for our INTACT classes instead of walking under the heat of the sun. Thanks, Gancayco! ;) 2. We finally had INTACT today. Finally. I'm beginning to love this subject even though it's non-creditted. lol :P 3. MYIPS "lunch" bonding. Fun, a few laughs here and there...Unfortunately we weren't complete at that time. Bea, Martee, MM, Kram, Ingga, Denis, Mark, and I were there--Nix/CharlieSmithy, Ren, Bet, Steph and the rest weren't. The rest had classes or were MIA... Hopefully we'll be able to agree on a time wherein everyone can attend. Uy, sorry Martee and Charlie na wala kami nun nung pumunta kayo sa caf :( 4. Missed the Blue Eagle Cheer Rally earlier. Yes, I am currently in the CTC comp lab--again. We have a free-cut in English since our teacher said that she would be absent during our class, so well, here I am. First and foremost Happy Birthday to Ryan Tree/Puno (a.k.a. The Robot Banana Boy haha kidding...). Thanks for being a great blockie friend and an "ultimate" classmate of mine in Math, English, Lit and INTACT :P Hope your wishes and dreams come true on this special day of yours. *~*~* Earlier today, Jon, MM, Maika, and I went to Meron Pond for our (Jon and I) ES Lab thingie. The weather was hot so we, the girls, decided to hitch a ride in Jon's car. OMG. That was probably one of the best minutes of my day. The aircon was simply refreshing in comparison to walking from meron Pond to the SEC buildings on a hot day. Too bad we had to attend our math class afterwards... *~* In other news, I had this really weird dream last night. It involved Ryan and Nix (Charlie Smithy). In my dream, Ryan was celebrating his birthday party during our Englsih class 'today'. At that same time, Nix invited me to go around the world with im ala Amazing Race. I decided to go with Nix. I told Ryan I'd be back right before his party ended. Anyway, so I went with Nix on our "trip around the world. Unfortunately, Nix's ankle was sprained (probably based on reeal-life) so he told me to go on with the "race" while he stayed in the CTC Comp Lab to rest his ankle. *New Temporary Layout* Darn. Out of all the songs I've heard today, why'd it have to be Charles Maghirang's version of "The Day You Said Goodnight"?! It's not that I don't like the way he sings (in fact, he sounds like the lead vocalist of HALE), it's just that I can't stand having LSS. haha:D Oh, and yeah. I did have a free cut from taekwondo today so I got to hang out with my blockies for one and a half hours of laughter and "tambay" in the caf. Happy answering! if i could be in one place right now... ~i'd be in a place where I would no longer feel hurt or alone...a place where I can just be me without fear of rejection and betrayal....a place where dreams become reality...a place where I can truly feel safe. Utopia. That's where I wanna be (but of course I'm not complaining about my current life. I'm happy with my life at the moment. Almost everyone I know has an OrSem crush, so why don't I have one? Is it because I'm probably "manhid" or someone with no feelings at all? Maybe it's because I haven't found "the one" yet...??? Or maybe it's because I just don't fancy anyone at the moment. It kinda sucks... Life talaga. Wala akong source of "inspiration". haha:D *~* In other news, we're having our MATH Departmental Exam tomorrow. I hope I pass the test and make it to Ma11... Dring Math class DAW Raymond used his Pistons pen, saying that it would bring them luck and win the championship. :D In Bobby's case, he was asking around for anyone with a radio in their phone so that he could be updated with the game's scores. Luckily for him, someone he knew who was seated in the table right next to us had a portable radio(or was it TV???). The Pistons lost (secretly celebrating deep inside), but Bobby did get to bond with us on his birthday! haha :P O dba? Anyway, like any other usual morning, I hung around with Jelai and some members of R3. After everyone had one to their 730 classes, Ian and I played Pusoy Dos with some of his ADMU friends. I dunno if I really won because of "talent" or because they let me win since I was the only girl. haha :D On the way home, Nats, Guido and I rode on a tricycle until we reached the "kanto/terminal" in Katipunan. Situation: At the ADMU CTC Comp Lab with a twinkle of HOPE Remember last Tuesday when I was in a really crappy mood because I was put to basic filipino? I had my basic Filipino class today at around 7:00am to 9:00am. Our prof wasn't bad..I think he makes a great teacher and all that, but I just don't see myself studying Fil10 and technically speaking, wasting one sem. Most of my classmates at basic Filipino seem like they have a harder time at Filipino. I have one classmate who is a Filipino but was raised in Canada so he finds it difficult to speak the langauge. Maybe I'm just not used to the fact that Filipino classes are in "Taglish". Back in my high school, my Filipino teacher spoke very quickly in "deep" Filipino. I was sort of expecting the same thing from my Fil10 class. Unfortunately for me, this wasn't the case. It seemed like I was more comfortable in Fil11. My heart belonged there. I liked my prof in Fill11. He was nice and seemed like a really good teacher, too. Being unsatisfied with Fil10, I went to the dela Costa Hall to plead my case. I requested for an appeal to change classes--to be "upgraded" from Fil10 to Fil11. I was told that my case will be presented to the committee. As of now, I would be attending both classes. If I do get accpeted back to Fil11, I haev to write this letter stating that I shouldn't blame the committee if ever I fail in fil11 since in the first place, they put me in Fil10 and I was insisting to be placed in Fil11. I had a bad day when I took the diagnostic test, ayt? I know I can do better than that. I told them how I even read my blockies' Filipino notes given by Sir Aris and I told them that I even understood the notes. As long as there's still hope in me, I can do this. All I have to do is hope and pray that my appeal would be accpeted and I can be placed back at Fil11. To MM, Jeff, Denis, Katco, Lysch, Ian, Von, Kamae, Charles, Steph and the rest, thank you so much for all your words of encouragment, support, prayers, and hugs. I really appreciate everything you guys and gals have done for me. Thank you so much for being there for me when I felt so depressed that I was moving to Fil10. Continue to pray for me guys! Fil11 is our only class together ---I wouldn't wanna miss it! :( Wish me the best of luck before judgment day comes. It would really mean the world to me if I can go back to Fil11. Darn. Just minutes ago I was informed that I've been moved to Basic Filipino. Crap. Badtrip talaga...*sigh* We had this Filipino diagnostic test and it so happened that I was unable to answer all the questions (I had one whole column completely blank because at that time it was time to pass the papers already and I wasn't even done yet!!!), so here I am skipping my Fil11 class and preparing for Fil10. Crap. I'm stuck at Basic Filipino, which means that I'll have to postpone my DL-ship. lol:D At this very moment, I feel completely in shock. Maybe it's because I suck at Filipino (blame the Taglishness. lol:P). I probably deserved to be in that basic class. For one thing, my Tagalog sucks, and another, I wasn't able to finish the test. Grrr...and to think I thought college life was so perfect. Damn. I just hate it. Did you know that students who comprise the basic class are mostly comprised of ICA-XS graduates? Ehrm..I'm one of them. Damn. Damn. Damn. I have to work hard in college. I have to focus. Crap. I sure hope my classmates at Basic Filipino would be okay.... *~*~* On the lighter scale of things, earlier today I got to hang out with some newfound "Celadonean" friends at teh Mateo Ricci Hall. I'm not yet a member of Celadon, yet they treated me nicely---or was it because Daph (my third yr friend) was their 'boss' so they had to treat me nicely? lol:D They taught me how to play bridge and they showed me around the org area. The good thing about the Celadon org area is that it's right next to the ACTM org area. Coolness! I can hang around the Celadon area and the ACTM area at the same time since both orgs share a table :P *~*~* Overall, the day wasn't exactly THAT bad... I'm still alive, aren't I? :P P.S. Yup, I'm here again in this computer building in ADMU (I still haven't figured out its name--pardon my indifference). My classes start at 12, so here I am, waiting for time to pass by. I came to school at around 6:30 am in order to reserve mine and Denis' lockers, submit my reply slip to the Office of the VP, buy my Taekwondo uniform, and buy my Math book. Upon being bored for the nth time during the morning, I headed to the Caf where I met Jelai. We hung around the caf together with Jacky Ang until their class started. With that, I proceeded to the SEC area, hung around with Guido and Ruth, got my ID, hung around with the "Zoology" people (Denis, Guido, KatCo, KatDiaz, Gen, Tommy, Nats, etc.), went to the DSWS to inquire on our locker forms, bought my taekwondo uniform, and well, I'm now in here typing this very entry. I'm posting some of our other OrSem pics. I'll be posting more pics once Charles has uploaded the pics he took during the three-day event. For now, I'm posting pics from Bea:  Denis, Bet and Bea.
